Description

A comforting casserole filled with tender chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and crispy bacon, topped with gooey cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. If using pasta, stir it into the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
