Description

A delightful Cool Ranch Taco Crock-Pot Casserole featuring ground beef, melty cheese, and the satisfying crunch of Cool Ranch Doritos.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Catalina dressing
  • 1 bag Cool Ranch Doritos
  • Lettuce & diced tomatoes (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until beautifully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Layer the beef mixture in the Crock-Pot, then sprinkle cheese on top and drizzle with Catalina dressing.
  4. Add a layer of crushed Cool Ranch Doritos for crunch.
  5. Cook on low for 3-4 hours without lifting the lid.
  6. Add fresh toppings of lettuce and diced tomatoes before serving warm.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat. Adjust cook times if using an oven or air fryer.
