A delightful Cool Ranch Taco Crock-Pot Casserole featuring ground beef, melty cheese, and the satisfying crunch of Cool Ranch Doritos.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Catalina dressing
- 1 bag Cool Ranch Doritos
- Lettuce & diced tomatoes (optional topping)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until beautifully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Layer the beef mixture in the Crock-Pot, then sprinkle cheese on top and drizzle with Catalina dressing.
- Add a layer of crushed Cool Ranch Doritos for crunch.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours without lifting the lid.
- Add fresh toppings of lettuce and diced tomatoes before serving warm.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat. Adjust cook times if using an oven or air fryer.
