- 1/4 cup Lime Juice

- 4 Corn or Flour Tortillas
- Toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheese, avocado, sour cream
Instructions
- Create your marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cilantro, fresh lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts into the marinade, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
