  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 4 Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • Toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheese, avocado, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Create your marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cilantro, fresh lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts into the marinade, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
