  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  7. Add the cooked lo mein noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
