Instructions

  1. Make the Dough: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, then knead gently for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Divide and Roll: Dust your countertop with flour, divide the dough into four equal balls, and roll each into a circular shape, about 6 inches in diameter.
  3. Stuff the Pockets: On one half of each dough circle, spoon 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce. Top the sauce with turkey pepperoni and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella.
  4. Seal Them Tight: Fold the dough over the filling, crimping the edges with a fork to prevent any filling from escaping.
  5. The Golden Touch: Transfer your pockets to a baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle dried oregano and grated parmesan.
