Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 3–4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the garlic, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Assemble in a baking dish with the seared chicken topped with vegetables and cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
