- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Add the garlic, onions, and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3–5 minutes.
- Assemble in a baking dish with the seared chicken topped with vegetables and cheeses.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
