  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until creamy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the brewed coffee and salted caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
  9. For the glaze, melt brown sugar with butter in a saucepan and drizzle over the cooled bread.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with coconut oil and use dairy-free caramel sauce. Avoid overmixing the batter to maintain a light texture.
