Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- Mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the brewed coffee and salted caramel sauce.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
- For the glaze, melt brown sugar with butter in a saucepan and drizzle over the cooled bread.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with coconut oil and use dairy-free caramel sauce. Avoid overmixing the batter to maintain a light texture.
