Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla, beating until combined.
  4. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Scoop generous spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden but centers are soft.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
