- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
