Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and chickpeas, stirring well to combine.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet retains a slight snap.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
