Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the broccoli florets and chickpeas, stirring well to combine.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender yet retains a slight snap.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
