- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix the vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- Make the filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Whip the cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, until the center is set with a slight jiggle. Allow to cool at room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with chocolate ganache just before serving.
