Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix the vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. Make the filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. Whip the cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top.
