- 1½ cups cooked sweet potato, peeled and mashed

- ½ cup green beans, chopped and cooked
- ½ cup water or low-sodium broth (onion- and garlic-free)
- 1 teaspoon fish oil (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and dice the sweet potato, then steam or boil until tender. Mash and set aside.
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and do not add salt, onion, garlic, or seasonings.
- Prepare the rice according to package directions and allow it to cool slightly.
- Steam or boil the carrots and green beans until tender.
- Add the cooked beef, mashed sweet potato, rice, carrots, and green beans to a large bowl.
- Pour in the water or onion- and garlic-free broth and add fish oil if desired.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely before serving.
