- 1 pound beef sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the sliced beef sausage for about 5-7 minutes.
- Set aside the sausage once browned.
- Sauté the onions in the same skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and return the cooked sausage to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook everything together for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then combine with the sausage and cabbage mixture.
