Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brown the sliced beef sausage for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Set aside the sausage once browned.
  4. Sauté the onions in the same skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cabbage and return the cooked sausage to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes.
  7. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then combine with the sausage and cabbage mixture.
