- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce

- 2 tablespoons Green Onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (or toasted sesame seeds)
Instructions
- Cook the Rice: Prepare 2 cups of jasmine or brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside once done.
- Heat the Skillet: Preheat your non-stick skillet over medium heat, adding the olive oil. Allow it to warm up, creating a shimmering surface.
- Sauté the Turkey: Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add the Vegetables: Toss in the sliced bell pepper, shredded carrots, and broccoli florets. Sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes, until softened.
- Make the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Combine Everything: Pour the sauce over the turkey and vegetables in the skillet, mixing until everything is coated. Stir for another minute to heat through.
- Assemble the Bowls: Spoon the savory turkey and veggie mixture over a serving of rice. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
