Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- Mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter until smooth.
- Stir in the Nutella, egg, and vanilla, ensuring even distribution.
- Add the baking soda and salt, mixing thoroughly.
- Fold in the flour until just combined to retain fluffiness.
- If desired, fold in the chopped nuts for added crunch.
- Divide the batter among muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool briefly before removing from the tin.
