Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Add the dried cranberries and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate, mixing until well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
