Turkey sliders topped with a tangy cranberry slaw for a delicious twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cranberry sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey to make the slaw.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each bun and topping with cranberry slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add cheese or other toppings to the sliders.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Adjust the sweetness of the slaw by adding more or less honey.
