- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooled coffee with vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine coconut cream, mascarpone cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the coconut cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and coconut cream mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Make sure to chill the tiramisu for the best texture.
- Can be garnished with fresh tropical fruits for added flavor.
