Instructions
- Whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
- Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes until it thickens.
- Divide the chia pudding into serving cups or mason jars, layering it beautifully.
- Top with fresh mango, kiwi, banana, and pineapple.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
