Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes until it thickens.
  3. Divide the chia pudding into serving cups or mason jars, layering it beautifully.
  4. Top with fresh mango, kiwi, banana, and pineapple.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
