- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add it to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
- Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
