- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, pineapple chunks, green onions, sweet chili sauce, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with additional sweet chili sauce if desired.

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
