Ingredients

  • 810 golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crunch topping by combining crushed Oreos with strawberry gelatin powder, then mix in melted butter until crumbly.
  2. Create the creamy filling by beating softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Scoop and shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  6. Roll the chilled balls in the prepared crunch topping and press to adhere.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
