- 8–10 golden Oreos, crushed
- 1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the crunch topping by combining crushed Oreos with strawberry gelatin powder, then mix in melted butter until crumbly.
- Create the creamy filling by beating softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Scoop and shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the freezer for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Roll the chilled balls in the prepared crunch topping and press to adhere.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
