- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups strawberry ice cream, softened
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the softened strawberry ice cream until smooth.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Top with sliced strawberries and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, add whipped cream on top and garnish with additional strawberries.
Notes
- Make sure the ice cream is softened for easier mixing.
- For a more intense strawberry flavor, you can add a strawberry sauce on top.
- This pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the freezer.
