- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased muffin tin to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill each cooled crust with the cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle with strawberry sauce and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries if desired.
- These bites can be made a day in advance for convenience.
