  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased muffin tin to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fill each cooled crust with the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Drizzle with strawberry sauce and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
