  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased muffin tin to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes until golden, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in the chopped strawberries and whipped cream gently.
  7. Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Drizzle with strawberry sauce on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
