Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside, tossing with sesame oil to prevent sticking if necessary.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Add sesame oil to a pan, then minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Brown the Chicken: Add sliced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Create the Sauce: Mix soy sauce and honey in a bowl, then pour over the chicken and let bubble until slightly thickened.
- Combine the Noodles: Toss the noodles with the chicken and sauce until well mixed.
- Serve with Style: Dish into bowls, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
