Description

Ingredients

  • 300g Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Green Onions, for garnish
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside, tossing with sesame oil to prevent sticking if necessary.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Add sesame oil to a pan, then minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  3. Brown the Chicken: Add sliced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Create the Sauce: Mix soy sauce and honey in a bowl, then pour over the chicken and let bubble until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine the Noodles: Toss the noodles with the chicken and sauce until well mixed.
  6. Serve with Style: Dish into bowls, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
