Description
A delicious dish featuring tender steak bites served with cheesy rotini pasta in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked rotini and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
