- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 cup bread cubes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the bread cubes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the spinach and ricotta mixture over the bread cubes.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
