  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the bread cubes in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the spinach and ricotta mixture over the bread cubes.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
