Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sautéed spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with the spinach and feta mixture, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
