Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for parties.
Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
