  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
