Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra peanut sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
