  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the chicken while cooking.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in all four cheeses until melted and smooth.
  8. Add the cooked linguine to the cheese sauce and toss to coat.
  9. Serve the linguine topped with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
