- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the chicken while cooking.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in all four cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the cheese sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve the linguine topped with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
- Feel free to substitute the cheeses based on your preference.
