  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  3. While the rice is cooking, slice the Spam into 8 equal pieces.
  4. In a skillet, fry the Spam slices until they are golden brown on both sides.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, and rice vinegar to create a marinade.
