Instructions

- In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
