Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the rinsed rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  5. Mix sugar, rice vinegar, and salt in a small bowl, then stir into the rice.
  6. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
  7. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  8. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the rice, followed by mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  9. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, sealing the edge with a little water.
  10. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
