- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 sheets of nori
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rinsed rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- Mix sugar, rice vinegar, and salt in a small bowl, then stir into the rice.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the rice, followed by mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, sealing the edge with a little water.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a fun variation, try adding peanut butter or Nutella.
- Make sure to use sushi rice for the best texture.
- Serve with extra chocolate sauce for dipping.
