- 1 whole turkey (10–12 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the turkey and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Rub the sea salt all over the turkey, including inside the cavity.
- In a small bowl, mix the liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey.
- Place the turkey in the slow cooker, breast side up.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the turkey is fully cooked and tender.
- Once done, remove the turkey from the slow cooker and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.

- For best results, use a fresh turkey rather than a frozen one.
