Delicious and easy-to-make slow cooker BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches that are perfect for any gathering.

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve the pulled chicken on hamburger buns.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the BBQ sauce overnight before cooking.
- Feel free to add coleslaw on top of the sandwiches for added crunch.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
