Delicious sliders made with either beef or chicken, perfect for any gathering or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and adding desired toppings.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
