Delicious sliders made with either beef or chicken, perfect for any gathering or meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Slider buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef or chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and adding desired toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
