- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill or in a baking dish.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
