- 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cook until they are slightly soft.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the Schezwan sauce and soy sauce, mix well to coat the chicken.
- Season with salt to taste and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions before serving.
