- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
- Whisk together the eggs in a bowl.
- Stir in the cooked, crumbled sausage and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and seal the edges.
