Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, brown sugar, and salt to form the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  6. Stir in the chopped pecans and pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
  8. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
