Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the salted caramel sauce and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
