- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the cornstarch mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic and green onions for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken back to the pan and toss to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
