- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 red cherry or grape for the nose
- 2 pretzel sticks for antlers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
- Add chopped pecans, dried cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in chopped parsley to create a festive look.
- Place the cheese ball on a serving platter. Use a cherry or grape for the nose and insert pretzel sticks for antlers.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
