A delicious and hearty lasagna made with layers of tender chicken, creamy sauce, and aromatic rosemary.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, half of the mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, remaining mozzarella, and Parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with sautéed vegetables.
  • Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
  • Garnish with additional fresh rosemary before serving.
