Description

A fun and creative twist on traditional Rice Krispie treats, shaped like sushi and filled with gummy fish for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup gummy fish
  • 1/4 cup fruit leather (for sushi wrap)
  • Optional: sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well coated.
  4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then press it into a flat rectangle on a piece of wax paper.
  5. Once cooled, place gummy fish on top of the Rice Krispie layer.
  6. Roll the Rice Krispie layer tightly, using the wax paper to help shape it like sushi.
  7. Wrap the roll with fruit leather to resemble sushi wraps.
  8. Slice into pieces and serve with optional sprinkles on top.

  • Make sure to work quickly when shaping the Rice Krispie mixture as it can harden.
  • Feel free to use different types of gummy candies for variety.
