Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the root beer, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of root beer.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use buttermilk instead of regular milk.
