Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla preferred)
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Water (for boiling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and protein powder until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
  5. Boil a large pot of water and carefully place each bagel into the water for 1 minute on each side.
  6. Remove each bagel from the water and drain, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow the bagels to cool on a wire rack before serving.
