- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla preferred)
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Water (for boiling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and protein powder until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Boil a large pot of water and carefully place each bagel into the water for 1 minute on each side.
- Remove each bagel from the water and drain, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bagels to cool on a wire rack before serving.
