- 1 cup of cold water
- 3 boxes of different flavored jello (e.g., strawberry, orange, lime)
- 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the jello according to package instructions, using boiling water and cold water.
- Pour the first layer of jello into clear cups and refrigerate until set.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Once the first jello layer is set, add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top.
- Repeat the process with the remaining jello flavors and cheesecake layers, refrigerating each layer until set.
- Chill the completed cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
